Real Estate transactions in Charlestown, RI

This is an example of a simple map created with Power BI that included filters for sale price and age of property. In addition there is a textbox which contains the list of properties.  When a property is selected, the text area below will filter to the selection.  The user can then click the selected address to get a Google Maps page for that address.

Impactful Analytics populated the dataset with the lat/lad locations of the addresses. This was done by creating a Python program that used an API from MapQuest.
